12 ounces of our finest beef cooked to sizzling perfection. Served with our classic garlic mashed potatoes and tender grilled asparagus with a delicious demi-glaze.
Classic Delmonico Steak
This is one 14oz steak to remember. This classic cut is cooked the way you want it and served with our garlic mashed potatoes and tender grilled asparagus with a delicious demi-glaze.
Pan Seared Salmon Fillet
A Wildcat specialty seared golden brown and topped with tomato leek comfit and served over your choice of a steaming bed of wild rice or fresh greens.
Silver Dollar Scallops
Enjoy a half dozen of our deliciously seared scallops drizzled with a delicate roasted
red beet puree and parsley oil.
Chicken Marsala
A lovely breaded breast of boneless chicken and sauteed mushrooms served over angel hair pasta in our very own marsala wine sauce.
Pasta Primavera Classico
“Primavera” is Italian for spring. Our version of this traditional spring and summer dish uses a wide range of fresh vegetables combined to create a unique Primavera sauce with fresh pasta.
The Daily Catch
Fresh every Wednesday our special Dinner for Two daily catch is prepared nightly with unique seasonal ingredients and sauces.
Grilled Lamb Loin
Marinated in garlic and rosemary, with parmesan polenta, roasted pearl onions and mushrooms this 10 oz loin of New Zealand lamb is one of our favorites.
Chicken Parmesan
A great big boneless breast of chicken smothered in our homemade marinara sauce served over steaming pasta.
While the price may be discounted for this weekly special event the quality of our menu and our service remains
unchanged. Please do not forget your server when calculating your gratuity on the discounted amount of your bill.
